Business Development Manager
Location : Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Key Requirements :
- Over 5 years of experience in B2B / B2G business development and sales, particularly in sectors such as military, police, public security, prisons, and international airports.
- Strong technical knowledge of weapons and defense equipment, security systems, drone technology, signal systems, perimeter intrusion detection systems, alarm systems etc.
- Solid understanding of IT systems and networking, with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, including identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including industry insight, customer relationship development, project sourcing, and competitor analysis. Major clients include military, police, security operators, and industry influencers.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and a natural hunter in business development.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across French‑speaking countries.
