Job description

Salary : MYR 3,700 - MYR 5,500 Per Month (Performance-based)

Location : Work From Home (KL City based company)

Requirements :

  • No specific educational or experience requirements - fresh graduates welcome
  • Must understand Cantonese (listening) and speak fluent English
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to learn and proactively complete service tasks
  • Team spirit with friendly personality
  • Innovative thinking with market insight
  • Interest in emerging industries and AI technology
  • Must adhere to professional ethics and company confidentiality
  • Personal dual-screen computer required (or use company equipment in KL office)

Responsibilities :

  • Provide online sales consultation services to American food industry businesses
  • Analyze customer and market data to identify business opportunities
  • Develop new customer relationships using company-provided resources
  • Stay updated on catering market dynamics and industry trends
  • Communicate with clients through phone and internet channels
  • Process orders through company's SAP system
  • Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT / virtual assistants) to improve efficiency
  • Complete required business tasks with flexible scheduling
  • Maintain minimum 240 minutes daily client communication (post-training)
