What You Will Do

• Execute professional services implementation contracts by delivering predominantly on-site consultancy for TMS implementations.
• Devising procedures to achieve greater efficiencies and solve complex technical problems; assessing available technologies and recommending solutions.
• Lead and discuss with clients to understand their needs, map requirements to the system, and create detailed specification documents.
• Lead end-to-end treasury implementation projects and manage a project team during implementations.
• Train team members and client users.
• Configure systems based on specifications.
• Use SQL DB / Oracle DB and knowledge of web interfaces.
• Conduct a variety of tests (system, integration, readiness, acceptance) using client data to ensure client needs are met.
• Influence clients, business partners, and service providers regarding priorities and system capabilities.
• Support internal teams as needed (Pre-sales, Sales, Customer Support).
