Accounts Executive

Duties And Responsibilities

• Handling daily accounting operations (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable & General Ledger), month-end closing reports, and assisting with audits and tax.
• Maintain, prepare & monitor AR / AP ageing reports as well as follow-up for payment. Action needs to be taken when necessary (e.g. : issue Statement of account on monthly basis, follow-up reminder emails & etc).
• Liaise with suppliers, client and external auditors.
• Prepare reports required for Service Tax submission.
• Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and timely. Ensure compliance with tax & financial requirements. All accounting records and documents are properly filed, labelled and kept for future references.
• Assist with ad-hock tasks and projects assigned by Finance Manager / Senior Finance Manager.
