Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Administration Clerk to join our dynamic team at Ayam Legenda Sdn Bhd' in Klang, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will provide crucial administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

Responsibilities

Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning and data entry
Maintain and update databases and records
Provide support to the management team as required
Any other administrative tasks as needed to support the team

Qualifications

At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role

Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks

Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word & Excel)

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
