Overview
Prepare and submit quotation, letter, tender and contract when required. Take off, prepare Bills of Quantities; negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers. Conduct and prepare cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labour and equipment. Liaise with client, suppliers and subcontractors. Prepare and issue Letter of Award for subcontractor works. Prepare costing comparisons between supplier and estimated cost. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project. 2+ years of experience preferred. Own transport and a driving license are required.
