Job descriptionManage sales orders (B2B, B2C, non-sales) and ensure timely fulfilment. Coordinate with 3PL warehouse and transport partners for distribution efficiency. Oversee order book management, reporting, and analysis against sales projections. Manage returns, reverse logistics, and inter-store stock transfers. Provide operational support to drive sales and customer experience excellence. Support audits, compliance, data reporting, and process improvement initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Operations Executive should have :
- Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related discipline.
- Prior experience in order fulfilment, ecommerce, or customer service.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and manage competing priorities.
- A collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
