System Engineer

Overview

We are a leading software house providing complete system solution to the stockbroking and investment banking industry. To support the growth of our business, we seek a passionate and well-rounded individual to join us as System Engineer. The System Engineer is an integral part of our Customer Service Department. This role requires strong technical competency to provide system support and troubleshoot issues for customers operating in mission-critical environments.

The candidate is responsible for managing and monitoring systems and network infrastructure, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, OS security hardening, and patches and upgrades of software and hardware. Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor systems and network infrastructure, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, OS security hardening, patches and upgrades of software and hardware.
• Provide system support and troubleshoot issues for customers in a mission-critical environment.
• Communicate effectively with customers and understand priorities to deliver timely and efficient resolutions.
