Responsibilities
- Monitor tender notices and advertisements to identify new project opportunities.
- Collaborate with Business Development (BD) team to strategize and plan for potential new projects.
- Engage closely with clients and consultants regarding upcoming projects and technical proposals.
- Keep abreast of market prices, conduct costing analysis, and prepare budgets.
- Stay updated on government regulations and compliance requirements.
- Conduct post-mortem analyses on unsuccessful tender bids to improve future submissions.
- Monitor project work programs and progress on-site, ensuring timely completion.
- Prepare and submit progress claims, certifications, and facilitate payments.
- Oversee project budgets during procurement and subcontracting phases.
- Submit comprehensive progress reports to clients.
- Maintain regular communication and foster strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance, quality standards, and work site safety.
- Supervise and coordinate project teams effectively.
- Address and resolve project-related complaints and issues.
- Ensure all activities comply with ISO standards, company policies, and procedures.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline.Minimum of 15 years of professional experience, with at least 10 years in a managerial role within the water industry.Proven experience in project management, tendering, and technical proposal development.Technical Knowledge & Skills :
Strong understanding of the water industry, especially NRW management.Proficiency in project management methodologies.Experience in tendering processes and preparing technical proposals.Knowledge of government regulations related to water resources and infrastructure projects.
