Legal Counsel, NewLaw Provider

We are urgently recruiting for an experienced Corporate M&A Associate / Senior Associate to join the in-house legal team of a dynamic, Singapore-based New Law provider.

This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious Legal Counsel to join a tech-enabled, entrepreneurial team driving transformation in the legal industry. You'll play a critical role advising on legal matters, being part of key internal projects, and fostering growth.

The selected candidate will be based remotely in Malaysia , though there may also be an opportunity for international relocation further down the line.

Overview

Role : Corporate M&A Associate / Senior Associate in an in-house legal team. Location : Remote in Malaysia (potential relocation later). Industry : New Law provider with a tech-enabled, entrepreneurial approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advisory in corporate / M&A matters and support internal projects.
• Collaborate with the founder and CEO to help grow the business to the next level.
• Engage with stakeholders and contribute to growth initiatives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
