Job Responsibilities
- Handle and follow up on inquiries for new and existing clients.
- Support Manager in identifying sales opportunities and promoting products.
- Coordinate with internal teams on product matters and project follow-ups.
- Understand customer needs, provide product info, and handle feedback or complaints.
- Prepare quotations, reports, and customer presentations.
- Attend trade shows, meetings, and conferences.
- Assist in ensuring timely order fulfillment, including payment, licenses, and contracts.
- Monitor order status with planning to ensure on-time delivery.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related field.Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Proficiency in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with international clients and partners.Strong understanding of export sales processes, international trade regulations, and documentation.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.Demonstrated negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and agreements with international customers.Willingness to be based onsite in Klang.Willingness to travel internationally.Possess experience or knowledge in M&E product is an added advantage.Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of export sales.Job Benefits
