Job description

Responsibilities : Account

  • Handle full set of accounts.
  • Responsible for a full spectrum of daily accounting operations.
  • Responsible for the monthly management account closing in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Responsible for cash-flow management and timely reporting.
  • Preparation of company sales forecast and budget, including budgetary control and variance analysis for management decision-making.
  • Timely report to the management for financial and accounting matters in every month-end.
  • Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, company secretary and other government bodies for all statutory compliances.
  • Assists in annual internal & External audit matters.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Follow up payment with client.

Admin

  • Handling correspondence, including emails & letters.
  • Maintaining organized filing systems, both physical and electronic.
  • Managing office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.
  • Handling HR-related tasks like payroll and maintaining employee records.
  • Logistics & arrangement of meetings
  • Minimal supervision including answering phones, making appointments, and ordering office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.
  • Handle vendor registration

    • Requirements :

  • Possess at least Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Part / Final level ACCA / CIMA.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of commercial experience in full-set accounting, finance, cash flow management, MFRS and monthly management reporting.
  • Sound understanding of accounting principles and local statutory requirements.
  • Good communication skills, analytical skills with attention to detail, and the ability to interact with all levels.
  • Meticulous, result-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Working experience in UBS accounting software is an added advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Malay & Mandarin.
