Job description

Assist in the development and implementation of the marketing and brand strategy.

Work closely with Marketing Team on communicating the intended message through creative design.

Design and coordinate the delivery of all marketing materials to include, mailers, property flyers, e-blasts, brochures, booklets, floor plans, signage, maps and presentation graphics.

Update existing marketing materials and templates consistently.

Maintain website and listing site data.

Bring creativity and innovation to existing marketing practices.

Develop and manage corporate social media platforms.

Seek out new marketing trends.

Assist with the planning of marketing strategies to grow online sales and traffic and engagement.

Interpret and understand every creative brief presented and finalization of all marketing communication materials.

Respond to owner and broker requests.

Coordinate mass marketing mailings.

Coordinate final artwork with external vendors for print production and ensure the material is printed within accurate specification.

Re-design, amend and update existing property marketing materials.

Other ad hoc tasks and duties to be assigned from time to time.
