Job Summary
Responsible for Life & Family operational support, business process analysis, processing of service requests as authorized, and other responsibilities or duties periodically assigned by supervisor to meet operational and / or other requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Life and Family Servicing requests processing and approve up to authority limit assigned.
- Participate in system enhancement, process improvement, and digital projects, including :
- Coordinate with superiors and IT or system support teams.
- Assist superiors in project meetings.
- Assist in preparing system / business requirements and reviewing business processes.
- Prepare test scripts and perform User Acceptance Testing.
- Prepare sign-off documents from stakeholders.
- Prepare implementation sign-off documents.
- Assist in monitoring results post-implementation.
- Provide operational support including reporting, data analysis, and updating working instructions / SOPs.
- Ensure all activities meet quality, performance, and timeline standards.
- Review and recommend measures to improve existing processes and systems.
Job Requirements
Qualifications / Experience
Education : Degree or Diploma with relevant experience.Experience : Minimum 1 year working in the Insurance Industry.Technical Skills
Essential : PC literacy and excellent communication skills.Desirable : Knowledge in Life Insurance / Takaful, good interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Join us at Zurich!
