Deliver exceptional service and solutions to customers, providing support background support to our customers, and work with leading technologies and systems while having a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you each and every day.

Job Requirements

  • Mandarin speaker preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written Mandarin and English communication skills; candidates will complete a language test to assess fluency
  • Ability to communicate in written professional English
  • Experience in live chat and email reply is fundamental
  • The ability to navigate in several computer platforms simultaneously
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience in customer service and / or call center
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Mobile Gaming : 1 year (Required)
  • Live chat : 1 year (Required)
  • Customer service : 1 year (Required)
  • Schedule : Rotational Shift (willingness to work on rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays)
