Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
- Proficient in SQL software (MySQL, Microsoft EXcel SQL Server, or equivalent)
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative roles with database handling
- Good command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Own transportation
Responsibilities
Order Processing & Documentation
Receive order requests from sales staff, verify product specifications, quantities, prices,etc and issue stanrdized sales document. (e.g. delivery notes, sales contracts, shipping lists.)Input order information into systems ( SQL software ) to ensure data accuracy and update inventory status in real time.Sales Coordination & Collaboration
Communicate with sales staffs to follow up on order progress (e.g. inventory checks, delivery arrangements, logistics tracking) and promptly report order exceptions (e.g stock-outs, price changes).Assist sales teams in organizing customer data and order reports to provide data support for sales strategies (e.g sales statistics, customer needs analysis).Customer service support
Collaborate with sales staff to handle customer inquiries (e.g order status checks, after-sales issues) and coordinate with logistics and warehousing departments to complete the delivery process.Benefits
