Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or a related field). 10+ years of experience in PCB manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a leadership / managerial role Comprehensive knowledge of the entire PCB manufacturing process. Fluent in English (speaking, listening, and writing) for reporting and presentations, with Mandarin proficiency preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
