Responsibilities
- Define and lead FNmarkets’ overall commercial vision, growth roadmap, and market positioning across all regions.
- Translate business objectives into integrated commercial strategies and quarterly execution plans.
- Align marketing, sales, and partnership initiatives to ensure unified and measurable growth outcomes.
- Build and optimize multi-channel acquisition and retention funnels to drive FTDs, conversions, and lifetime value.
- Integrate Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and Partnership teams into a cohesive revenue engine.
- Monitor CAC, LTV, ROAS, and overall marketing ROI to maintain growth with profitability discipline.
- Identify emerging market opportunities, product-marketing initiatives, and partnership expansions to accelerate global reach.
- Strengthen FNmarkets’ brand identity and voice across digital, regional, and industry ecosystems.
- Develop creative and communication frameworks that reinforce trust and recognition in global markets.
- Leverage performance marketing, digital campaigns, and data analytics to enhance engagement and acquisition outcomes.
- Scale IB, affiliate, influencer, and institutional partnerships that directly impact revenue generation.
- Oversee the development of CPA / rebate models, loyalty programs, and partnership strategies that sustain long-term relationships.
- Expand market presence by developing commercial relationships with key external partners and strategic institutions.
- Lead, mentor, and align the commercial leadership team across regions toward unified performance goals.
- Foster a culture of ownership, agility, and measurable accountability.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Business to convert strategy into tangible commercial outcomes.
Qualifications
8-10 years of experience in the Forex / CFD brokerage industry, including at least 3 years in a senior commercial or leadership role.Proven success in driving revenue growth through integrated marketing, sales, and partnership ecosystems.Strong command of client acquisition metrics CAC, LTV, FTD and their impact on brokerage P&L.Deep understanding of IB, affiliate, and influencer programs with demonstrated partnership-building capability.Proficiency in performance marketing, data-driven decision-making, and conversion optimization.Experience leading cross-regional teams and managing commercial execution in global markets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and influence.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred (not mandatory for exceptional candidates).Your Pay & Perks
