Our client is a publicly listed manufacturing company seeking talented candidates to work closely with top management, gain exposure to M&A and corporate finance, and shape the future of the manufacturing business.
Responsibilities :
- Evaluate investment opportunities in manufacturing-related projects.
- Prepare financial models, project analyses, and investment proposals for management.
- Support due diligence, feasibility studies, and documentation processes.
- Monitor existing investment performance and highlight risks or opportunities.
- Liaise with external parties (banks, auditors, legal, consultants).
- Assist in M&A and corporate finance initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Bursa Malaysia regulations where required.
