Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and designing product concepts that align with the company’s brand identity and customer expectations.
- Support senior team members in coordinating with vendors and suppliers to ensure accurate product development and production.
- Conduct basic market and user research to gather insights for product enhancement.
- Prepare sketches, mock-ups, and assist in developing product specifications for review and approval.
- Monitor market trends, competitor products, and consumer preferences to support innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, merchandising, and supply chain to ensure smooth execution of product launches.
- Creative and marketable product design ideas aligned with company objectives.
- Well-documented design specifications, mock-ups, and prototypes.
- Research findings and product improvement recommendations.
- Timely coordination and communication with internal teams and external vendors.
- Contribution to design meetings and brainstorming sessions.
