You will develop and implement tailored strategies and business models in a dynamic international project environment and support our clients to master their challenges in a VUCA world. As a Senior Consultant / Project Manager, you will assume responsibility for one or more project modules or lead smaller projects and contribute to acquisition approaches. You directly interact with clients at management level and guide module teams. From the start, you are considered an entrepreneur in our company. We encourage you to show initiative, think creatively and take responsibility.

Responsibilities

Deal directly with clients, ensuring that communication is open at all levels.
Guide module teams – clients and colleagues alike.
Contribute to business development.
Prepare and hold client presentations.
Support Partners / Principals in preparation for and during client meetings.
Lead client interviews.

Qualifications

Experts with 6‑8 years of work experience in strategy consulting and / or 6‑10 years of relevant industry positions ideally in industrial sectors (e.g., automotive, electronics / semiconductors, chemicals, manufacturing etc.).

Outstanding academic credentials for both undergraduate and graduate coursework. MBA from a top‑tier academic institution and experience in the international arena would be an advantage.

Extensive experience in emerging markets, including Southeast Asia.

Excellent English and Bahasa Malaysia language skills, both written and verbal.

Strong analytical and conceptual skills and experience with leading work streams. Passionate team player with leadership potential.

Appreciation of the consulting lifestyle and ability to travel is a pre‑requisite.
