a. To ensure the venue and dining ware are properly set up at all time for guests to walk in anytime.
b. To ensure all guests are attended immediately with courtesy when they enter the venue.
c. To attend immediately to complaints from guests and to take necessary action to ensure bad feedbacks from guests are minimal. To inform supervisor and manager of any feedbacks received and to take necessary action to improve.
d. In the absence of the manager or supervisor, to conduct daily operation briefing to all lower staffs to update of latest info and the business movement.
e. To assist the manager and supervisor to conduct on job training for lower staffs according to company's standard.
f. To assists fellow colleague in their duties whenever possible, without neglecting own duties.
g. To cultivate positive teamwork spirit and good work ethics with all the lower staffs.
h. To ensures that all Food & Beverage policies and Health & Safety policies are adhered to in accordance with the standards established.
i. To check and monitor staffs grooming and attendance from time to time.
