Responsibilities
- Support and execute sales and marketing initiatives for companies under Group Property Division.
- Develop AutoCAD layouts, site plans, and technical visuals for presentations and marketing purposes.
- Produce high-quality graphics, brochures, banners, videos, and digital content for promotional campaigns and exhibitions.
- Support photography, videography, and drone operations to capture compelling project visuals.
- Assist the Head of Department (HOD) in managing day-to-day sales and marketing functions, including site visits, presentations, and documentation.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to gather intelligence on property developments and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Project teams to translate technical requirements into clear and impactful marketing visuals.
- Participate in and coordinate exhibitions, marketing events, and stakeholder engagements.
- Enhance the company’s brand image through effective design, communication, and promotional activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
Education and Experience Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia, Mass Communication, Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales & marketing, with strong exposure to multimedia design and content creation.Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.Preferably experience in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and video editing software.Corporate communication experience will be an added advantage.Experience in drone usage, photography, or videography will be an added advantage.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
Strong multimedia and design skills to support marketing campaigns.Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Goal-oriented, resourceful, proactive, and possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills.Willing to travel and be based in Johor.#J-18808-Ljbffr
