Job descriptionBusiness development / retail industry experience, and experience in payment platform / bank industry would be advantage Understand local culture & local market trends Proficient in English & Chinese Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills Fast learner with strong ownership, accountability, and drive for results Good understanding about social media platform, products and ecosystem is a plus Able to commute to office in KL area
Responsibilities :
- Maintain daily communication and provide timely responses to partners and clients.
- Liaise with cross-functional internal teams to ensure efficient operational flow and resource alignment
- Handle and solve PSP and Key Account clients' daily enquiries
- Drive new client acquisitions via cold calls, walk ins, and in-person meetings; and expand customer base
- Assist to plan and execute marketing campaigns, design and logistic arrangements of various types of events
- Prepare regular regional reports to keep track on business performance
- Carry out market research and customer research
