Job description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the company’s e-commerce platforms (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).
  • Upload and update product information, pricing, promotions, and stock availability.
  • Handle order processing, online payments, and customer-related technical issues.
  • Prepare sales reports, inventory updates, and performance analysis.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Diploma / Degree in IT, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience in e-commerce management or IT administration is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS, ERP systems, or e-commerce integrations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Able to meet deadlines and willing to work extra hours during major campaigns (e.g., 11.11, 12.12).
  • Team player with a positive and flexible attitude.
