Role
The Day-To-Day Activities
Manage, coordinate and organize all spare parts at warehouseControl incoming and outgoing of internal and external spare equipment to the actual propose and storageList and audit daily, weekly and monthly for new and old spare equipment and distribute the faulty equipment to the internal department or external eg. Vendor or distributes fault maintenanceReceived all decom material, battery and unused equipment or other materials from internal / external and distribute to organize in storageUpdating stock card for inquiries and monitor the availability of the materials. Monthly, annual inventory report (Physical counting)Monitoring the materials availability and prepare requests for purchase when it is neededExecute end to end process to scrap materialManage, coordinate and follow thru end to end MCV / COW deployment for events triggered by MCMC, and marketing / salesManage nationwide MCV repair and maintenanceLead / manage field outsource team to meet contractual requirement.Handle site preventive and corrective maintenance effectively and efficiently.TT fault clearance within SLA KPI set to ensure cell availability and quality are maintained.Implement site improvement for theft, safety and site maintenance.Maintain site database, reporting and related paper works.Liaison person on behalf U Mobile in dealing with building management, landlord, government authorities on any operational matters / complaints.Supporting inter and intra dept on new business venture, special projectProvide feedback and support OPEX cost saving initiatives set by managementAbout You
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics EngineeringMinimum 3-5 years of experience in handling logistic managementSAP system / materials ManagementExcellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia both verbal and written skillsA team player with good interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact with people at all levelsWhat’s Next?
