About the role

We are seeking Administration Clerk to join our growing team at TECH FORGE SDN. BHD. in Ipoh, Perak. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to work within our dynamic and supportive environment. As an Administration Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing administrative support to the wider team, including filing, data entry, and document management
  • Maintaining and updating office records and databases
  • Liaising with government authority and comply to their requirement
  • Providing general administrative support to the management team as needed

What we\'re looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or clerical role, experience in manufacturing industry is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and external party
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with import / export and customs processes would be an advantage
  • A positive, proactive, and customer-oriented attitude
