About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Heritage Hotel Cameron Highlands. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organisation of our hotel's guest rooms and public areas. The position is based in Tanah Rata, Pahang.

What you'll be doing

  • Performing thorough cleaning and sanitation of guest rooms, bathrooms, lobbies, and other public areas according to hotel standards
  • Restocking and maintaining the supply of linens, toiletries, and other room amenities
  • Identifying and reporting any maintenance issues or guest room concerns
  • Assisting with the preparation of rooms for new arrivals
  • Contributing to the overall upkeep and presentation of the hotel's facilities
  • Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role, preferably within the hospitality industry
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for our guests
