Site Safety Supervisor

Ensure full compliance with Malaysia OSHA and any other relevant local legislation.

Stay updated on DOSH guidelines and industry standards to implement in workplace policies.

Conduct regular workplace inspections and safety audits to identify hazards and ensure safety protocols are followed.

Inspect and ensure all machinery, tools and equipment meet safety standard.

Record and investigate incidents to determine causes and handle worker’s compensation claims.

Perform any other safety duties or responsibilities which are as assigned from time to time.

Supervise daily site operations to ensure quality and timely completion of work.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Construction, Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications : Certified Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) by DOSH Malaysia Yellow Book.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysia Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
• Knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and site management.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Able to work independently.
• High level of initiative, responsibility, and reliability.
• Must have own transport and be willing to travel to site.
