Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur for a Sales / Account Manager. The responsibilities include managing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing account strategies. Additional tasks include generating leads, addressing client inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets and contribute to business growth.

  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication abilities
  • Experience with Lead Generation and client acquisition
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision‑making skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
