Job descriptionAssist in managing the daily operations of the reservations department to ensure accurate and timely bookings. Monitor room availability, optimize occupancy, and implement rate strategies to maximize revenue. Supervise and support the reservations team, ensuring high standards of customer service and data accuracy. Coordinate with Sales, Front Office, and Revenue teams to align availability, promotions, and guest requirements.
Requirements :
- Relevant certification in a related field.
- Relevant experience in similar role.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru.
