Qualitative Data Strategical Intelligence Analyst with experience turning mixed data streams into decision‑ready insights required – immediate start.

Core Competencies

Issue & Risk Tracking (geo, political, info, reputational)
Basic Data Analysis (volume / velocity trends, spreadsheet workups)
Structured Analytic Techniques (timelines, actor mapping, key assumption checks)
Analytical & critical thinking; lateral problem solving
Team oriented; comfortable giving & receiving editorial feedback
Adapts quickly to shifting priorities and short timelines
Discreet with sensitive information, comfortable tracking information needs and basic collection requirements
Familiar with social / media monitoring or alerting tools
Office & presentation packages
Technical & analytical skills – quick to learn new products, tools and technologies
Strong analytical writing and presentation skills
Knowledge of basic command‑line utilities and scripting ability – plus
Database and query language experience or willingness to learn
Experience in open‑source intelligence (OSINT) research and common tool sets

Key Responsibilities

Track and refine priority information needs; plan light to moderate multisource collection.

Monitor open web, media archives, commercial data services, and social / digital chatter for early indicators of issues or risks.

Flag developments with potential operational, reputational, or stakeholder impact and outline likely implications.

Produce rapid alerts, short decision briefs, and simple visual snapshots.

Support escalation triage and incident coordination when needed.

Contribute to shared knowledge libraries, watchlists, and trend trackers.

Qualifications

2 years in intelligence, investigations, research, risk analysis, OSINT, journalism, security, or related strategic / analytical work.

Degree in intelligence, cybersecurity, criminology, computer science, information technology, information security, engineering or equivalent work experience; master’s degree is a plus.

Background in intelligence, threat intelligence or equivalent; journalism, corporate security, investigations, geopolitical analysis, risk advisory also considered.

Preferred / Nice to Have

Additional language ability (Malay, Filipino, or regional languages a plus).

Experience screening for information threats, data exposure, mis / disinformation, or brand / reputation risk.
