Work you’ll do

• A Legal Senior Manager is expected to have knowledge of the basic Tax and Corporate Law in order to assist clients in registering, dissolving and / or restructuring a legal entity in the Philippines.
• S / he is also expected to understand corporate transactions and structure in order to render tax and legal advice, engage in discussion with government officers in matters and issues affecting client requirements.
• S / he will also prepare letters, protests, memoranda, position papers and other similar written work supported by tax and corporate laws, rules and regulations.
• A Legal Senior Manager must be skilled in managing multiple engagements at the same time without compromising deadlines for the deliverables to meet client expectations.
• As a client-facing role, the Legal Assistant Manager must be comfortable in communicating with clients of different nationalities and able to explain the complexities of the law in a manner that can be easily understood by non-lawyers.
