Job descriptionOversee day-to-day retail operations across outlets, ensuring smooth, efficient, and customer-focused servie delivery. Take full ownership of P&L performance, implementing strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets in alignment with senior management. Lead, train, and motivate staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and professional growth. Design, coordinate, and implement operational systems that enhance efficiency and deliver consisten excellence in customer experience. Monitor and analyze operational performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Collaborate with management on business development initiatives, promotions, and strategic projects. Minimum 5 years of proven retail management experience, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods. Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to develop, mentor, and retain high-performing teams. Solid understanding of P&L management and experience in executing strategies to drive sales growth. Proactive, resourceful, and hands‑on, with strong ownership of results. Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Malay is preferred to effectively liaise with diverse staff and customers. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with an eye for operational details and proces improvements.
