Job description

We are seeking a Website and Mobile Application Designer with a passion for crafting exceptional user experiences and beautiful interfaces; who thrives on solving complex problems, loves building digital products that scale, and enjoys collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. You are to shape the design vision and driving execution for both web and mobile platforms, ensuring consistency, usability, and delight in every user interaction with our innovative AI products.

Job Responsibilities

Design Execution

  • Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and final UI assets.
  • Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with platform-specific guidelines (Material Design, Apple HIG, Android).
  • Maintain consistency across designs by developing and scaling design systems and style guides.
  • Design for multiple AI products across web and mobile platforms.
  • Set a high bar for quality, accessibility, and visual polish.
  • Advocate for design best practices and user-centered thinking across the organization.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Partner with Business Development and Marketing Managers to understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • Work closely with front-end and mobile developers to ensure implementation fidelity.
  • Collaborate with UX Researchers, Brand Designers, and Data Analysts to validate and refine design decisions.
  • Clearly communicate design decisions and rationale to Management.

    • User Experience & Research

  • Conduct and analyze user research, usability testing, and A / B testing to inform design iterations.
  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to make user-informed design choices.
  • Champion the voice of the customer and elevate the UX maturity of the organization.

    Skills & Qualifications

  • More than 3 years of professional experience in UX / UI, web, and mobile app design.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in product design, interaction design, and visual design.
  • Expertise with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Framer, or similar.
  • Deep knowledge of UX design principles, design thinking, accessibility (WCAG), and usability testing methods.
  • Familiarity with modern web and mobile development practices; understanding of HTML / CSS, design handoff, and responsive design.
  • Experience designing for iOS and Android using native patterns and frameworks.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
