Handle daily operations of import and export shipping documents. -Co-ordinate shipment with freight forwarders, warehouse and arrange shipment bookings and delivery. -Filing, data entry and statistic reporting duties. Diploma or above in any disciplines. -Fresh graduate with Supply Chain / Logistics related discipline would also be considered. -With minimum 1 year experience in freight forwarding / shipping / operational logistics is more preferred. -Well-organized and time management, detail-oriented, willing to learn. -Good command of English and Mandarin. -Proficiency in using MS Office and Word Processing. -Languages fluent in English and Mandarin (Verbal and Writing). -Immediate availability is highly preferred.
