Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring smooth service and a high-quality guest experience.
- Lead, train, and motivate the service team to maintain excellent standards in hospitality and food & beverage service.
- Oversee inventory management, cost control, and supplier relationships to ensure profitability and compliance with hotel standards.
- Monitor guest feedback and service quality, implementing improvements to enhance overall dining satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Work closely with the kitchen and hotel management to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
Qualifications
Relevant certification in Hospitality, F&B Management, or a related field.Proven experience in a similar managerial role within the restaurant or bar industry.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Good knowledge of F&B operations, cost control, and customer service.Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Bintang Area and have own transport.EPF & SOCSO contributions (Malaysia statutory).Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
