Role Overview

  • Support the sales team to promote, market and demo Constructor Platform solutions.
  • Conduct live demos, create tailor‑made demos and scripts to increase sales.
  • Maintain frequent interaction with prospects, customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Product Managers, Dev‑Ops, Course Designers and other stakeholders.
  • Resolve customer inquiries promptly and document interactions in ticket tracking system.
  • Educate customers to become proficient users through support and knowledge base articles.
  • Follow up on issues to ensure customer satisfaction and elevate to senior support engineers when needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams : 3rd‑Line Technical Delivery, Development, Projects.
  • Maintain and create knowledge base articles and technical documents.
  • Participate in regular support team meetings.

Qualifications & Experience

  • At least 5 years in a similar position.
  • Scientific bachelor degree required; master’s degree a plus. Engineering or software development background or STEM degree is preferred.
  • High energy, strong interpersonal skills, ability to listen, share ideas and convince an audience.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Desired skills : Python, Docker, package managers, ML algorithms.
  • HTML knowledge; knowledge of TeX considered a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of REST API and Bash (optional).
