About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Human Resources Executive to join our growing team at Binawan Jaya Sdn Bhd. This full‑time position, based in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, will play a crucial role in shaping and driving the HR function to support the overall business objectives.

What you'll be doing

Establish and manage the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, and performance management.
Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organisation.
Provide advice and support to management on HR‑related matters, including manpower planning, employee engagement, and disciplinary issues.
Lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process to attract and retain qualified talents.
Ensure compliance with all relevant Malaysian labour laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies.
Maintain and update accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Support management in developing compensation and benefits structures aligned with company strategy.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR efficiency and employee experience.
Collaborate with management to build a positive work culture and effective communication channels across all departments.

What we're looking for

Minimum 4–6 years of hands‑on HR generalist experience, preferably in an SME or growing company.

Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices.

Independent, organised, and able to handle multiple responsibilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office and familiar with SQL Payroll / HR system (preferred) .

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources , Business Administration , or a related field.
