Requirements
- Minimum SPM / 'O' Level certification required.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a sales administration role.
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret sales data and generate reports.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all administrative tasks.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to address and resolve sales-related issues efficiently.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, onsite environment in Cyberjaya.
Responsibilities
1. Sales Documentation & Processing
Prepare and handle all sales-related documents including booking forms, loan applications, invoices, and registration forms.Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer and vehicle information before submission.Liaise with banks and finance companies to follow up on loan approvals.2. Coordination & Support
Coordinate with the sales team, Puspakom, insurance agents, and JPJ for vehicle registration and inspection matters.Monitor and update the status of each car order, from booking to delivery.Assist in arranging car delivery appointments and ensure all necessary documentation is ready.3. Customer Service & Follow-Up
Handle administrative inquiries from customers related to loan, insurance, or car delivery.Ensure all customer records and documentation are filed properly for audit and reference purposes.4. Reporting & Inventory
Update and maintain accurate sales and delivery reports.Assist in tracking vehicle stock levels and incoming units.Support the preparation of monthly sales performance summaries.5. General Administrative Duties
Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation control.Assist with showroom administrative needs as requested by the Sales Manager or team.Benefits
