Job Description

  • Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
  • Identify potential risks and implement proactive risk management strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, consultants, and senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, contract requirements, and industry standards.
  • Monitor project performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Provide strong leadership, mentoring, and performance management for the project team.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement on site.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • 3–6 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
  • Hands-on experience managing at least two core functions such as technical, quantity surveying, or site operations.
  • Successfully managed and delivered at least one full project cycle from start to completion.
  • Excellent leadership, team coordination, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Sharp analytical thinking and risk awareness, with the ability to identify and resolve on-site challenges swiftly.
  • Proficient in cost control, schedule management, quality assurance, and compliance with Malaysian engineering and safety regulations.
  • Required languages : Bahasa Melayu, English, Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
