: Store Manager / Senior Product Consultant (Retail Electronic)

Intake

: October / November

Working Duration

: 12-month contract (Potentially Renewable / Conversion based on performance and business needs)

Location

: Klang Valley (Based on preferences)

Working Days / Hours

: Retail Operation Hour (6 - Days Rotational Shift Rostered)

Salary

: Basic Up to RM 4,600 + Fixed Allowances RM 200 + Incentives + Commissions

Role Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager / Senior Product Consultant to drive performance across our retail locations. This leadership role involves partnering with store managers and retail partners to enhance store operations, increase sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Store operation : Collaborate with the store manager of the retailer to complete all aspects of the store's operation and management work.
  • Sales management : Formulate the store's sales plan and sales strategies, and lead the retailer's team to complete the sales task indicators assigned by the company.
  • Operational coordination : Maintain good communication and collaboration with the platform and the headquarters, and cooperate with the implementation of various strategies of the company.
  • Product and display management : Supervise the turnover of products, coordinate with retailers to replenish stocks in time, and ensure that the product display meets the company's VM standards.
  • Customer service : Be responsible for supervising and managing the customer service of the store, handling customer complaints, and ensuring that customers receive a satisfactory service experience.
  • Team management : Coordinate with retailers to complete the recruitment and training of store employees, ensure sufficient human resources in the store, and maintain the work enthusiasm and service quality of employees.
  • Communication with retailers : Maintain good communication and collaboration with retailers to ensure the implementation of various strategies of the company.

Job Requirements :

  • 3-5 years' experience in electronic retail store operations or retail management.
  • Solid understanding of retail KPIs, merchandising practices, and customer engagement.
  • Strong team leadership and people management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to retail performance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Support customer service initiatives and resolve customer issues to maintain satisfaction.
  • Act as liaison between retail partners, corporate teams, and external platforms to drive cohesive execution of company strategies
