Job Title : Junior Admin Executive

Department : Administration

Location : Menara KH, Kuala Lumpur

Salary :  RM 3,000 – RM 3,500

Job Summary :

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Junior Admin Executive to support our administrative operations. The successful candidate will handle tasks related to company document renewals (SSM, licenses, CIDB), vendor registration, filing, and other day-to-day admin duties. This role requires strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

Renewals & Registrations :

Handle renewal processes for SSM (Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia), business licenses, CIDB (Construction Industry Development Board) certifications, and other relevant documents.

  • Ensure all company registrations and licenses are kept up to date and comply with local regulations.

Vendor Management :

Assist in the registration of the company as a vendor with government and private agencies.

  • Maintain updated records of all vendor registrations and approvals.
  • Document Management & Filing :

    Organize and maintain accurate filing systems (physical and digital).

  • Ensure all documentation is properly archived and easily retrievable when needed.
  • General Administrative Support :

    Assist in the preparation of documents, forms, and reports as required.

  • Coordinate with internal departments and external parties when necessary.
  • Perform data entry and maintain admin records.
  • Support the team in day-to-day administrative duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
  • Requirements :

  • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years of working experience in administrative support or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of SSM, CIDB, and license renewal procedures is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
