Job description

Responsibilities of the Role

Stock transactions input in inventory system
Responsible for daily visual inspection on goods receive at the warehouse
To monitor stock allocation and delivery according to production schedules
Inventory reconciliation between in house tracking system and the physical count
Perform and complete cycle annual stock take accurately and timely
Interface and support inter-departments on stock quantity and issue
To assist in purchasing such as issuance of purchase order, purchase return etc
To update sales tax exemption on purchases record
To control movement of stock relate to sales tax exemption
To undertake other ad-hoc duties assigned by management from time to time

Job Requirement

Candidate must possess at least Diploma / SPM in any field

Experience in warehouse inventory management, preferably 1-2 years of working experience in manufacturing industry would be an added advantage.

Possess initiative and be results-oriented

Good analytical skills and strong attention to detail

Able to work in a fast-paced environment independently

Possess good interpersonal skills

Computer literately (ERP and MS Office)

Responsible for inventory management with aim of improving the integrity and accuracy of inventory at all times

Comply strictly with the company’s standard operation
