Job descriptionResponding to customer inquiries and preparing quotations. Building business relationships and closing sales with project clients. Preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients. Strategizing and delivering impactful pitch presentations to potential clients. Managing your sales pipeline to uncover new business opportunities. Following up on client payments and collaborating on payment collection efforts. Handling reports and performing other duties assigned by your superior. Coordinating delivery schedules for secured clients and ensuring exceptional after-sales service to resolve site complaints effectively. Minimum of SPM / STPM / Diploma or equivalent qualification. At least 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales. Relevant working experience in Corporate Sales (B2B) would be an added advantage. Possess own transportation. Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Malay (Mandarin proficiency is essential to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients). Basic computer skills. Based in Kajang.
