Responsibilities
- Actively engage customers, understand their needs
- Maintain a deep understanding of product features, benefits, and current promotions to effectively communicate value to customers.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues to the supervisor when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by utilizing effective sales techniques and building rapport with customers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment to create a positive shopping experience for customers.
