Overview

We are a young and dynamic shipping company located in Jalan Bukit Bintang, KL. We are currently seeking an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our team.

Responsibilities

The Finance Executive supports the Group CFO with financial reporting, budget preparation & forecasting, cash flow management (including daily cash monitoring), tax compliance, treasury-related matters, accounts receivable and accounts payable processes. Through close collaboration with various departments, the Finance Executive ensures timely, accurate financial reporting and helps the organization stay on target with its financial goals and operational efficiency.

Treasury and Cash Management
Accounts Payable (AP) Management
Accounts Receivable (AR) Management
Tax Compliance

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant experience in financial reporting, audits, and taxation.

Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, and cash flow management.

Proficient with MS Office and accounting software.

Well verse in Malaysia Financial Reporting Standards and Tax Guideline.

Fluency in English and Mandarin is compulsory.

Team player with good communication skills (written and verbal) and able to work independently while liaising with colleagues across business units and countries within the Group.

Personal attributes : Possess drive, initiative and work commitment; Strong team player; Self-starter, an organized person with attention to detail; IT literate; Mature, cheerful and adaptable.
