Working Hour : 8.45am-5.45am (OT provided if necessary)

Responsibilities :

Under the direction of the General Manager

Perform general office duties that upon request

Work confidentially

Make call for past due account (Credit Card / Mortgage Loan / Car Loan) user

Ensure existing and prospective customers have a consistent and superior experience

Identify and handle customer inquiries completely and accurately to the satisfaction of the customer

Requirements And Skills :

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

Basic communication skill in English and must be good in Bahasa

Good discipline and teamwork, fast learner and energetic

Candidate must be willing to stay over time maximum 745pm (OT Claimable)
