What You’ll Do
We’re on the hunt for a driven and dynamic International Customer Manager based in Malaysia to manage and grow a portfolio of 200+ existing B2B clients. You’ll be at the forefront of client success, focusing on renewals, upselling, and cross‑selling , while making 40+ calls a day to ensure no opportunity is missed.
- Own the Client Relationship : Become the trusted advisor for a diverse book of business. Understand their goals and challenges, and position our SaaS solutions as the answer.
- Drive Renewals : Keep churn low and customer satisfaction high by proactively managing subscription renewals.
- Upsell & Cross‑sell Like a Pro : Identify and close opportunities to expand account value across product lines.
- Be a Revenue Driver : Hit and exceed your revenue goals while ensuring customers grow with us.
- Move Fast, Think Smart : Thrive in a fast‑paced, metric‑driven environment. Your ideas and agility will help shape how we scale.
- Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Track & Report : Use CRM tools like Oro (or similar) to track account health and maintain accurate records.
What You Bring
2+ years of full sales cycle experience in a B2B SaaS environment (aviation experience a plus)Full fluency in English (spoken and written)Hunter mindset – you actively seek growth opportunities and thrive on targetsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to multitask and manage a high‑volume workloadDetail‑oriented, proactive, and self‑motivatedProficient in Microsoft Office, Teams , and CRM platforms (Oro, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)Comfortable working independently in a remote‑first , collaborative teamComfortable in a fast‑moving, KPI‑driven environmentCoachable with a growth mindset – you love feedback and want to level upWhat We Offer
