Our client is a well-established property developer, known for crafting modern urban sanctuaries close to city conveniences. With extensive landbanks in Selangor and Johor earmarked for upcoming developments, they are now looking to expand their team with a Senior Contract Executive at their Selangor HQ.
about the Role
As a Senior Contract Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the Contracts team across pre- and post-contract phases. Your responsibilities will include :
- Managing the full tendering process in line with company procedures
- Assisting in project cost checking and control
- Processing consultants’ and contractors’ claims
- Preparing final accounts and budget reports
- Attending project and site meetings when required
- Sourcing and appointing contractors and consultants
- Conducting cost analysis and maintaining cost plans
- Drafting Letters of Award and Appointment
- Evaluating contractor and consultant performance
- Monitoring and updating construction material and contract rates
About the Team
You will report to the Contract Manager and work together with a team of Senior Contract Executives.
